- Wash the limes clean. Slice limes into 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick slices.
- Set lime slices on the dehydrator tray. Dry at 125°F (52°C) to 135°F (57°C) for 16 to 18 hours or until they become brittle.
- Store dried lime slices in an air tight bag or container.
Note: Dehydrated lime slices can be eaten as snack, used to garnish salads when soaked in pitcher of water and are used in potpourri or wreaths
